Why use a travel agent when I can book online?

Because travel planning isn't just about finding a hotel or flight -  it's about making sure you're booking the right trip. I save my clients hours of research, help them avoid costly mistakes, provide honest recommendations, add extra protection and support, and take care of all the details from start to finish.

You still get all the excitement of planning a trip, without the stress and endless hours of research.

What are your fees?

There aren’t any! My services are completely free to use. I’m paid commission directly by my trusted travel partners once clients have travelled and returned home, so there’s no extra cost to you.

Will it cost more than booking online?

Accepted Answer

Usually, my prices are very similar to what you’ll find online, and sometimes even lower thanks to exclusive trade rates and supplier partnerships.
 
Occasionally, prices may be slightly higher, but typically by no more than around £100pp. In return, you receive expert advice, personal recommendations, full support, added protection and a completely tailored service from someone who genuinely cares about your trip.
 
I don’t aim to be the cheapest. I aim to provide incredible value, exceptional service and unforgettable travel experiences.

Flights, hotels, cruises, villas, safaris, ski trips, rail journeys, road trips, group tours, expedition travel and so much more. I work with a huge range of trusted suppliers across the globe to bring your trip to life.

Whether you're looking for a simple city break or a complex multi-stop itinerary, I can help.

Question 6

What types of trips do you book?

Pretty much anything. Be it a honeymoon, family holiday, bucket-list adventure, beach escape, city break, group getaway or something else entirely - I’d love to help. I work with couples, families, solo travellers, groups of friends, luxury travellers, adventure seekers and everyone in between. No two travellers are the same, which is why every single quote is created bespoke.

What destinations do you cover?

The whole world, including the UK! I’ve personally travelled to 47 countries across 6 continents (so far), and if I haven’t been somewhere myself, there’s a very good chance I’ve booked clients there. And if not, I’m part of an incredible network of trusted travel experts who can provide first-hand recommendations and insider advice.

Do I need to know exactly what I want and where I want to go?

Not at all. Many of my clients come to me with nothing more than a rough budget, some dates and an idea of the kind of experience they're looking for. Part of my job is helping you narrow down the options and find the destination, hotel or itinerary that's right for you. You don't need to have all the answers before getting in touch.

Can you only book full packages?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. I’m very flexible and can book as much or as little as you need — whether that’s a full package holiday, accommodation only, flights, cruises or specific trip components. That said, I usually recommend booking a package where possible, as it gives you the highest level of financial and legal protection.

Question 10

I’m looking to book my flights using vouchers or points - is this something you can help with?

In most cases, flights booked using airline points or vouchers need to be arranged directly with the airline. However, that doesn't mean I can't help. Many of my clients book their flights independently using points and then ask me to arrange the rest of their trip, including hotels, transfers, cruises, tours and everything in between.
 
Alternatively, I can often book your flights for you, and you may then be able to use your points to upgrade your cabin directly with the airline (subject to their availability and terms).
 
I'm also happy to advise on the best flight options before you book, so everything fits together seamlessly and works perfectly with the rest of your trip.

What protection do you offer?

Every booking has financial protection. If your booking includes a flight you’ll also have ATOL protection. If you book a full package you’ll have both of those plus package protection under the UK Package Travel Regulations (so by booking a package you are the most protected)

Do you offer support whilst travelling?

Absolutely. You’ll always have access to me and my small handpicked team via Whatsapp, email, phone, DM. You’ll also have access to a dedicated 24/7 emergency assistance line for out of hours support.

Is there a minimum budget to work with you?

Accepted Answer

There’s no minimum budget. I work with a wide range of budgets and travel styles, from simple short breaks to once-in-a-lifetime trips. As long as your budget is realistic for the trip you have in mind, I'd love to help.

What happens if something goes wrong?

Travel doesn't always go perfectly, and that's exactly when having someone in your corner becomes invaluable. Whether it's a delayed flight, cancelled booking, supplier issue or unexpected change of plans, I'll be there to help find a solution and support you every step of the way.

How and when is best to get in contact?

However suits you best - WhatsApp, email, phone, DM or via my enquiry form.
In terms of timing, I generally recommend booking around 9–11 months in advance for the best availability and pricing, especially for peak dates and school holidays.
That said, I also help with super last-minute trips and can sometimes quote up to two years ahead for certain destinations and travel periods. So there’s never a bad time to get in touch.
