Every trip starts with a conversation. We'll arrange a complimentary consultation where I'll get to know you, your travel style, wishlist, budget and what you're hoping to get from your trip. This is also a chance for you to ask any questions and see whether I'm the right fit for you.

I'll Create Your Bespoke Proposal
Using everything we've discussed, I'll carefully research and design a tailored itinerary based entirely on your requirements. As an independent travel specialist, I'm not tied to any particular suppliers, which means my recommendations are always based on what I genuinely believe will give you the best experience.

We'll Refine It Together
I'll talk you through the options and recommendations, answer any questions, and make any tweaks needed until everything feels exactly right. Whether that's changing hotels, adjusting flight times, adding experiences or reworking the itinerary entirely, we'll keep refining things until you're completely happy.

Secure Your Booking
Once you're ready to proceed, I'll take care of all the arrangements. You'll receive a secure booking form and payment link, and I'll handle all the details, documentation and confirmations on your behalf.

My service doesn't end once you've booked. From restaurant recommendations and excursions to destination advice and last-minute questions, I'm here before, during and after your trip. You'll also have access to my small handpicked team and dedicated 24/7 emergency assistance service, so support is always available whenever you need it.
